StarWaves is a unique audiovisual tool that combines sound, space, and visual design seamlessly.

With StarWaves, users are immersed in a non-gravitational environment, where sonic material is imported as recorded files and transformed into 3D physical forms known as "platform blocks." These blocks can number in the hundreds and represent intricate levels of sonic elements. Users can manipulate the layout of these platforms using 3D tools, allowing for dynamic transformations like positioning, rotation, stretching, bending, and scattering.

Central to the StarWaves experience are transmitters that emit particles and beams of light into space. These elements interact with the platform blocks, triggering sonic events and synthesis processes based on their kinematic behavior. The continual spatial interactions within StarWaves blend the physical and sonic realms, resulting in rich and evolving textures.

Unlike conventional sound synthesis tools, StarWaves focuses on designing the architectural scene that shapes sonic compositions through kinetic interactions over time. In this environment, sound integrates seamlessly with space, time, and motion.
